I led a team of MHA students in ​developing an innovative 5-year, $20 ​million strategic plan to improve the ​healthcare workforce of Ochsner Health ​system in Louisiana and Mississippi, ​resulting in placing 2nd out of 30+ teams

I helped to improve patient access to UCM Ambulatory Services by bolstering room utilization via the creation of a provider room allocation metric for use across 28 clinic areas, projecting an appointment increase of 24%

I created a young adults, social-media based ministry that aims to encourage others through community, practicality, intimacy, and faith. Through thoughtful content creation and sharing my story in vulnerability, I hope to inspire others to strengthen their faith and experience joy in their daily lives

unc.a.g.ed (changing the achievement gap in education)

founder & director

I founded an 8-week evidence-based early education intervention program for 30 low-income families with children aged 0-2 years to decrease racial and socioeconomic educational disparities in Columbus, OH, resulting in an increase in parents’ confidence in supporting their child’s learning
